“Al Passetto”-skewer

For 1 person
½ hot pepper
½ sausage
50 g roast-beef
50 g beef filet
30 g cured hard sausage
20 g bacon in thin strips
Cut all ingredients into same-sized pieces and skewer on a wooden skewer. Wrap the skewer with the bacon and bake in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 14 minutes.

Dinner: 6.00 p.m.-12.00 a.m.

Day off: Wednesday

Holiday: Four weeks after Easter and from the last week of November until the first half of December.
